Deborah Johnstone is a freelance writer, blogger, and curator living in New York City. Buckets of kale and coffee helped her complete an MFA in Creative Writing at Goddard College. Her work can be found in Salon, Huffington Post, Still Crazy, Liars’ League, Reader’s Digest, Lifehack, Engadget, The Indypendent, Spider Road Press, Quail Bell Magazine and The Weeklings among others. Her fiction has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and she has served as contributing fiction editor for the Pitkin Literary Review. Her newest fiction will appear in the anthology entitled, Approaching Footsteps: Suspense Novellas by Women slated for fall 2016.
